Abstract of each paper (maximum 300 words) may be submitted.

On acceptance, the full length paper has to be prepared (contributed paper - 8 pages) as per the prescribed format.

To ensure high standards, all contributed papers will be reviewed by two independent reviewers. Based on the reviewers' comments, the editor will make decision on the acceptance of the papers. To make certain that the reviewers' suggested corrections have been incorporated, authors may be asked to submit the revised manuscript to the editor for final acceptance.

Upon final acceptance, a softcopy (PDF file) of the full length paper together with a separate abstract to facilitate publication in the proceedings is to be uploaded at this website. 

All papers will be included in CDROM proceedings to be released at the time of conference.
