Apart from this, it organises technical sessions, workshops and contests through a close tie-up with the industry. It also assists in managing the resources and labs of the department.

Mechanical Engineering Association, IIT Bombay endeavours to bring forth the ‘gleaming radiance’ of the wonderful world of Mechanical Engineering at RADIANCE '11. We intend to provide a platform for binding and exchange of thoughts among different engineering communities related to Mechanical Engineering. We aim to bridge the gap between the industry and academia by encouraging exchange of ideas and providing opportunities for technical interactions.
