And this is just the beginning- open the hood up, and that's where the real joy ride joy ride begins as you enter the fascinating world of automobile technology.The world of V engines, Overhead Camshafts, Variable Valve timing, Alternate Fuels - a world of exciting, cutting edge engineering.
AutoMotive '07, an exposition on automobile technology, aims to open up this exciting field to students. Organised by the student chapter of SAE at IIT Bombay, AutoMotive involves an exhibition by top automobile manufacturing companies in the country - their recent launches, new technologies being developed/employed by them, and so on. And it's an exhibition with a difference - on hand engineers/technicians from the company will field questions from the audience regarding the exhibits.
Also featuring in AutoMotive is a series of lectures from eminent persons in the industry on enthralling topics such as emission control, future of automobiles in India, technology in premium cars etc. In addition, there are a host of inviting, practical workshops. And how can we not mention the intriguing competitions with fabulous prizes ! Come explore the exciting world of Automobile Technology at AutoMotive '07 !
