We are a manufacturing research group at IIT Bombay led by assistant professor Soham Mujumdar.
Our research explores ’greener’ alternatives to the existing manufacturing processes without compromising material-processing capabilities or productivity. The new processes will offer unique capabilities for the manufacture of high relative accuracy micro-scale components and devices with complex geometries from a wide range of engineering materials, while at the same time reducing pollution and hazardous waste.
