Dr. Neeraj Deswal
Postdoctoral Researcher
Dr. Neeraj Deswal is a postdoctoral researcher working on the simulation of laser-assisted machining of various materials. His current research focuses on modeling of laser-assisted machining with ultrasonic vibrations using FEM-based modleing in Abaqus. He also aims to understand and optimize femtosecond laser micromachining responses to enhance precision and efficiency.

Dr. Dileep Madapana
Postdoctoral Researcher
Dr. Dileep Madapana specializes in laser surface modification, welding, and laser-induced forward and backward transfer. His current research focuses on the use of ultrafast lasers for surface engineering, glass welding, and microscale metal printing. His work is primarily driven by in-depth experimental investigations aimed at advancing industrial applications.
